I loved contributing to the Dec ‘23 edition of The Titans on the topic of The evolving role of the CIO/CTO in a Demand driven economy.

I’m really passionate about this topic, and my short answer to what is evolving is: The importance of being able to constantly learn what your users need and how they use your product, so you can be continuously experimenting and driving impact. Building an empowered team with diverse talent is essential to be competitive.

This interview reminded me that I’m living the most culturally diverse experience of my career and also helped me reflect on the importance of setting the right environment for inclusion, which by definition will always be a work in progress. One of the aspects where I see progress, is that I started my career seeing almost only men working in Engineering and today more than 40% of our leaders in Technology at Edenred UAE are female.
